WHERE will I access the Super Solutions?
When you register, you will be given access to the Online Practice Portal.  Each of the 10 Practices will have two videos 
1.  Core Concepts - you need to learn about the practice first.  This is just the basics and the most important information you will need to do the practice, I'll keep it short.

2.  Practice Video, Hit play and follow along with the video instruction and benefit from the power practice in as little as 10 minutes per day.

Occasionally I will post "More Information" - for those of you who like dig a bit deeper..

WHEN will I have access?
The portal will open on February 15, 2021.  On that day you will be granted access to the Super Solution Online Practice Portal and for six months, you will have access to them at any time, day or night, from any of your devices from anywhere in the world.

WHY do I need this? 
We all have 10-minutes to spare. We live in a world of volatility and uncertainty and we need tools to manage change and challenge.    These practices will help you manage your energy throughout the day. They will help you to stay focused, grounded, aligned and prepared to handle challenges with confidence.  When you notice you are fading, losing focus, tired, stressed or overwhelmed, simply log into the portal on any of your devices, choose one of the practices and reset your system, recharge your energy, refocus and get on with your day.
