No Previous Yoga Experience Required
Participants will be learning an ancient practice, a sequence of postures and a particular way of doing them. Each week's teaching will build on the past week. This is not conducive to drop-ins. Please pre-register for the 8-week series.
Once you learn the practice you will be able to complete the series and reap all these benefits in just 10 minutes per day!!!
